Contact and report an ad
Email app-support@kingofthehour.com. To report an inappropriate or age-inappropriate advertisement, use Settings → Remove All Ads → Privacy and Support → Report an Ad, or email that address with the subject “Chilly ad report.” Include the approximate time, app version, iPhone/iOS version and a description. A screenshot or ad response identifier is helpful but optional.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, full purchase receipts or sensitive personal information. The game does not require a separate Chilly account.
Remove All Ads and restore
In an advertising-enabled iPhone build, open Remove All Ads from Title or Settings. The Apple purchase sheet shows the localized one-time price. After a verified purchase, no further Chilly ads are requested or shown. Existing verified ownership works offline.
On reinstall or another supported iPhone using the same Apple account, ownership normally restores automatically. If needed, choose Restore Purchases on the purchase page. A connection problem is not a refund and should not remove verified ownership. If the price is unavailable, choose Check Availability later; you can keep playing.
Pending parental approval does not complete a purchase until Apple approves it. Refunds are managed by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. A refunded or revoked purchase can return the game to ad-supported play. Family Sharing is not enabled for this product.
Consent and tracking
Where required, a privacy form appears before ad requests. Privacy Choices appears on the purchase/privacy page when Google requires an ongoing choices entry point. You may also change tracking permission in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining tracking does not block gameplay, purchase or restore.
TestFlight
TestFlight purchases use Apple's sandbox and are not charged production purchases. They do not carry over as a paid App Store entitlement. Test builds use clearly designated test advertising; never click a live advertisement for testing.
Progress and controls
Use Save After Stage to preserve the next-stage checkpoint. Settings includes touch controls, controller/keyboard options where supported, and separate music, effect and narration volumes. Before reinstalling, remember that game progress is stored on the device; restoring an Apple purchase does not restore a deleted game save.
