How to play

Simple to begin. Lovely to figure out.

  • Slide together

    Swipe in any direction. Your fox and every flower planter move together until something stops them.

  • Find your stopping point

    Use hedges, board edges and other pieces to line up your next move. Pressure stones open new paths.

  • Come home to the fountain

    Finish with the fox resting at the fountain after exactly three moves. Passing over it does not count.

A blocked swipe costs nothing. A swipe counts if at least one piece moves.

Frequently asked

Is Three Moves free?

Yes. All 48 puzzles are included. The free version shows an occasional ad when you tap Next after a completed puzzle, never during play or the tutorial. A one-time Remove Ads purchase removes advertising; the App Store shows the price in your currency.

Which iPhone do I need?

An iPhone running iOS 18 or later.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Every puzzle, hint and undo works without a connection. Only advertising and the purchase need one.

I’m stuck. What can I do?

Undo and Retry are unlimited. Hint reveals one next move, Show Why explains a stop, and Show Remaining Moves reveals the rest. Hints never reduce completion credit. More in Support.

What data does the app collect?

The game itself collects nothing and has no account. Advertising is provided by Google AdMob; the details and your choices are in the Three Moves privacy policy.
