Questions

How do I get portrait and landscape at the same time?

Just record or take a photo. Every capture saves both shapes. The guide on the viewfinder shows both frames, and Settings lets Pro users choose portrait, landscape or both for each lens.

Where are my videos and photos?

In the Photos app. When you allow full Photos access they are also collected in an EveryAngle album. The thumbnail in the camera opens your last capture, and the bottom-left button (file count with a gear) opens Settings.

How do I record with several cameras at once?

With EveryAngle Pro, tap the lens buttons to add or remove lenses. Recording several cameras together needs an iPhone that supports multi-camera capture (iPhone XS, XR and later). Some lens combinations are too demanding for older models; the app keeps the last combination that works.

Why are 4K and HDR sometimes unavailable?

They apply when one lens is recording video. With several lenses the iPhone limits the formats it can run together, so the app uses stabilized HD.

Why did the frame rate drop to 24 fps?

When the iPhone gets warm, the app lowers the frame rate to keep recording smoothly. Let the phone cool down and it returns to your chosen rate.

How do I restore EveryAngle Pro on a new iPhone?

Pro follows your Apple Account and usually appears by itself. If it does not, open Settings in the app, tap Unlock EveryAngle Pro, then Restore purchase. Family members get Pro through Family Sharing. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I learn the controls?

Open Settings and tap How to use EveryAngle for the tutorial.
